  1. Can I use my dental insurance?

    A: No, we don't work with insurance. Insurances either just cover basic services or partially pay  for part of the treatment. Orthodontic cases patients are supposed to pay a large sum up front.

     
  2. Why your prices are so affordable?

    A: The owners work with low profit margins to give back to the community services that most patients  would not have ever access to.

     
  3. What kind of professionals do you have working in the office?

    A: The vast majority of our dentists are Orthodontists each with 20 or more years of experience.  All Dental assistants are licensed and comply with the California standards and law.

     
  4. Do you charge for missed appointments?

    We want to deliver the best work possible and regular attendance does contribute to a successful  treatment. If patients miss 3 consecutive appointments we just charge a small cleaning to ensure your teeth are healthy and are fine to continue the treatment.

     
  5. Do you accept walk ins?

    A: Yes, we do. But bear in mind that planning is key for us to keep the proper ratio of staff members  to patient. Plan ahead.
